This feature allows a message to be sent directly to all voice mailboxes as a way of distributing announcements to staff. There are, however, some additional modules available that you may wish to purchase. Your new route should now show up in the Inbound Routes docmentation.
FreePBX has a number of components that will send out e-mail alerts on various conditions. You can add custom entries such as freepbz extensions, ring groups, queues, and outside numbers. Here you can see a table showing extensions and whether ffeepbx settings are enabled. Press the dedicated transfer softkey for the desired destination extension to start a private call with the person at the transfer destination extension.
You can replace those two with your own, if you prefer.
