BlackFlash Magazine is about photography and new media in art. The contest is open to Canadian residents only.
We have just celebrated our 31st year of publication and are one of the longest running art magazines in Canada. Only the winners will be notified of the final results.
Our copies will be picked up nation-wide and in the US on newsstands; and nationally and internationally by our subscribers.
